The 2017 Emergency Solutions Grant Application is now available. A timeline is located on Page 1 of the application.
Prospective applicants must submit a letter stating their intent to apply no later than Wednesday, February 22, 2017. Letters of intent should include the applicant’s agency name, list of project sponsors (if applicable), counties to be served, and services to be provided. In addition, please provide the name of a contact person and include their e-mail address and telephone number.
No applications will be considered from applicants that do not submit a letter of intent. These may be submitted electronically to firstname.lastname@example.org.
There will be two Technical Assistance conference calls. The first on March 8th at 10:00 am and the second on March 14th at 2:00 pm. Conference call information can be found on Page 52 of the application. Please prepare any questions regarding the program or application process in advance.
Completed applications must be submitted electronically by 5:00 pm on Friday, March 31, 2017 to Kevin Meadows at email@example.com. Please submit a color PDF of the proposal and all required attachments. If you require assistance saving documents as a PDF, please contact Kevin Meadows.
Upon receipt, the WVDO will respond to notify the applicant of receipt. If your application is submitted and does not receive a response, please e-mail Kevin Meadows at firstname.lastname@example.org. No applications will be accepted after the deadline.
